Event Audio/Visual Support is the process of planning and coordinating technology aspects of special events at Berkeley Haas. Haas TS will provide these services subject to the Event A/V Policy.
How do I request Event AV Support? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I change or cancel my request? Any changes to your request should be made via the Service Now ticket you will receive via email. Keeping all changes inside this ticket will ensure that Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services staff have all the required information to support your request.
For cancellations, please provide as much notice as possible. By releasing Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services staff from your event, you may be allowing another Event Contact to have access to the resources that would have been deployed to your event.
Will Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services assist with moving furniture in my event space? No. Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services will not move furniture either to setup or breakdown after your event. However, Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services staff may need to move furniture to support AV installations and will consult with Event Contacts should the need arise.
Will Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services help with documents/materials to be handed out? No. Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services does not prepare printed materials. Event Contacts are encouraged to make use of printing resources at Haas by emailing email@example.com.
What alternative services are there if Media Services can’t meet my request because of competing demand? If possible, and with the consent of the Event Contact, Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services will arrange for the services and have the invoice sent directly to the Event Contact for payment. If sufficient lead time is not provided, Haas Technology Solutions: Media Services will provide third-party vendor contact information directly to the Event Contact.
